My experience at this hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the convenient location near the beach, the service left much to be desired. The hotel's location is a fantastic perk, just a short stroll away from Ocean Drive and the beach. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, making sure we felt at home right from the start. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with limited choices and quality. The pool area, although appealing, could definitely be larger considering the volume of guests, and the noisy environment might not be suited for everyone.
I had a fantastic stay at the Washington Park Hotel, where the service was exceptional from start to finish.
